Job summary

Activate Learning is inviting applications for a Learning Support Team Leader at Bracknell and Wokingham College. You will join an existing team of two Learning Support Team Leaders within the Support and Inclusion Service, leading on designated faculties to ensure high-quality, coordinated learner support and effective staff deployment.

You will line-manage Learning Support Assistants and the LSA Mentor, conduct developmental observations, support recruitment and development needs, and work

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of support staff.
• Strong understanding of SEND and implementing support strategies.
• Experience in developing staff and coordinating training.
• English and Maths at Grade 4 or above or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead on support provision within designated faculties and curriculum areas.
• Act as lead to LSA Mentor and Learning Support Assistants.
• Complete developmental observations and line manage LSAs and the LSA Mentor.
• Collaborate with SIS Team Leads and Delivery Manager for operational support.
