Job summary

Bristol Brunel Academy is seeking a Learning Support Lead for Operations to coordinate the Learning Support Team and ensure equity of opportunity for all students. This role focuses on SEN, medical needs, EAL and Young Carers, working closely with SENCOs to remove barriers and enhance learning outcomes.

The post requires safeguarding commitment and a passion for improving life chances for children and young people in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting SEND students and those with additional needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Learning Support Team to support student learning.
• Collaborate with SENCOs to remove barriers to achievement.
• Contribute to inclusive practices across learning activities.
