Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with additional needs (such as ASD, SEMH, sensory, or learning difficulties) in an educational, healthcare, or community setting.

Responsibilities

• Support special-needs students on a 1:1, in-class, or out-of-class basis toward EHCP milestones and vocational goals.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to differentiate curriculum resources and support sessions and community-based trips.
• Record support interactions to help maintain EHCP annual reviews.
