Job summary

Cambusbarron Primary School in Stirling is recruiting for temporary Support for Learning Assistants until 26 June 2027. You will join a nurturing team to support children’s learning and well-being across the curriculum.

The role involves 1:1, small-group, classroom and outdoor support, with a focus on communication, teamwork and flexibility; PVG for Children is required and a commitment to ongoing professional development is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• PVG for Children required upon progression.
• Commitment to professional development through training.

Responsibilities

• Assist children to engage with learning across the curriculum.
• Work 1:1, in small groups or in class and outdoor learning as required.
• Provide nurturing care and support under teaching staff guidance.
