Aspire People are seeking a Learning Support Mentor in Manchester to support pupils with challenging behaviour, SEN/SEMH in AP, specialist or mainstream settings. You will provide 1:1 and group support to students, implement behavioural strategies and help learning progress.
We value resilience, patience and safeguarding. Experience with young people with difficult behaviour and a passion for education are essential. Graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
