Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants for roles across South East London. You will support pupils with their learning in class, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help them engage and progress.

Ideal candidates have prior experience with children or in education, a patient and approachable manner, and a passion for helping pupils reach their potential in SEND settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is preferred.
• Confident supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
• PATIENT, reliable and approachable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning across the classroom.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Help pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs.
• Assist with classroom activities and interventions.
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
