Job summary

Lotus Recruitment Ltd is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Mentors to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs in South East London. Roles involve one-to-one and small-group support, acting as a positive role model and trusted adult, and helping learners regulate emotions and engage in class activities.

Ideal backgrounds include Teaching Assistants, Sports Coaches, Youth Workers, Psychology/Criminology graduates, Tutors, and Health & Social Care professionals.

Qualifications
