Robins Way School, near Amesbury in Wiltshire, is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to help pupils access learning and build confidence. You will provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, fostering communication, resilience and independence in learners with SEMH needs.

You will work closely with staff to create a safe, nurturing environment, safeguarding pupils and promoting wellbeing, while following school policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with special educational needs
• Ability to provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
