Wilfred Owen Primary School in Shrewsbury is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support children in Year One. The role is 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.45am-3.15pm, plus 2.5 hours as Lunchtime Supervisor, with a fixed-term contract to 31 July 2027 (term-time only).

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children would be beneficial.
• Evidence of working with children with SEN would be favourable.

Responsibilities

• Support children in Year One with learning activities and day-to-day classroom support.
• Assist during lunchtime supervision and contribute to a safe, organised environment.
