You will provide targeted support for individuals and small groups, track progress, encourage independence, and contribute to staff development and continuous school improvement. A supportive, collaborative team awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with additional needs and barriers to learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with staff, parents and carers.
• Ability to build positive relationships and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to enable progress.
• Monitor student progress, promote positive behaviour and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff and families to raise achievement.
• Contribute to staff development by sharing best practice.
