Job summary

Hinchley Wood Secondary School in Esher is seeking a Learning Support Assistant & Keyworker to support pupils with diverse needs. The role is term-time only, 35.5 hours per week across 38 weeks per annum, with a starting salary of £20,406.10. Training and CPD opportunities are provided to develop classroom impact and student well-being.

The successful candidate will work 1:1 and in class, foster inclusive learning, and collaborate with colleagues to raise attainment and life chances for students.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting students or relevant qualifications advantageous.
• Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and students.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advance learning of identified students in 1:1 and in class.
• Support pupils' personal and social development.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistency and progress.
