Saint Benedict Catholic Voluntary Academy in Darley Abbey, Derby, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support pupils across ages and abilities, assist with student-centred activities and help foster an inclusive learning environment.

The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only, with training opportunities in manual handling and personal care, plus access to CPD, pension, and career progression within the MAT.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting diverse pupil needs across age groups.
• Ability to engage students and promote inclusive learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Headteacher, SENCO, Directors of Learning and teachers across student-centred activities.
• Work with individual students as directed by the Headteacher, SENCO/Director of Learning.
• Be willing to undertake training in manual handling and personal care.
• Promote learning and inclusion across a range of activities.
