Responsibilities

• Working with pupils - identify strategies to overcome individual pupils' barriers to learning.
• Working with staff to support classroom practice and behaviour.
• Working with parents/carers and external agencies to coordinate support.
• Administrative tasks related to pastoral support.
• Safeguarding responsibilities and DBS compliance.
