Job summary

Testwood School is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Learning Support department. You will become an important part of our team, supporting the learning needs of our students in a busy school environment.

You will work with individuals, small groups and in class, with pupils of all ages and abilities. A flexible and collaborative approach, plus a commitment to professional development, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEN is desirable but not essential.
• Willing to work as part of a supportive team.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Good standard of general education.
• Flexible and adaptable to working with pupils of all ages and abilities.
