OneSchool Global UK Biggleswade Campus is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help students achieve their individual goals and overcome barriers to learning. You will work with teachers and peers to deliver tailored academic and pastoral support in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Support students one-to-one and in small groups.
• Assist with the delivery of learning activities and interventions.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Support positive behaviour and student wellbeing across the campus.
