Job summary

Crofton Academy is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive school community in Crofton, England. You will work with pupils with a range of needs, provide one-to-one and small-group support, assist with personal care, and help learners engage with activities inside and outside the classroom.

Job description

As an LSA, you will work closely with the SEN Coordinator and Assistant SENCo to support pupils across a range of needs. You'll provide one-to-one and small group support, assist with personal care, and help pupils engage with learning activities both in and out of the classroom.,

Salary - FTE £25,583 Pro-Rata 5 days £15,500 and 3 days £9539 per annum.

This position is 38 weeks per year term time only.
