Job summary

Bocking Primary School is looking to appoint an SEN and Classroom Learning Support Assistant with Midday Assistant responsibilities. The role involves providing support to students who have special needs and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning environment.

You will work 30 hours per week over five days, with a pro‑rata salary of £17,580. This is a part‑time, permanent position with immediate start; DBS required and UK resident status preferred.

Qualifications

  • Commitment to pupils' learning and well‑being.
  • Empathy and ability to understand varying perspectives.
  • Experience working with pupils, particularly those with special educational needs.
  • GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
