South Staffordshire College is seeking a proactive Learning Support Worker for our Futures facility at TORC campus, providing high-quality, inclusive learning support for students with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities. You will help develop education, communication, social, emotional and personal skills to prepare learners for adulthood.
The role requires teamwork, dedication, and safeguarding awareness; prior experience supporting learners with SEND is advantageous.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, including barred list information, as this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
