Are you passionate about demonstrating the value of education to vulnerable children?

A thriving school in Windsor is looking for a Learning Support Assistant who has a passion to make a difference in children’s lives.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with young people, be confident, committed, and calm. A desire to work with young people and be part of a team is essential.

This role may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting children’s behaviour for learning in the classroom.
  • Helping children understand the teacher’s instructions.
  • Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or with small groups in the Learning Support department.
  • Keeping track of and recording pupil progress.

This role will provide you with essential experience and training, working with children who need extra support and care to progress.
