Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant – English to join our BCA College team on a Permanent, Term-Time Only basis starting in September 2025 (37 weeks TTO).
The role involves enabling students to access the curriculum fully, supporting them to achieve their learning goals and potential. The assistant will work under the supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager, and lecturers to assist with teaching, learning, and related activities in accordance with college policies and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). Responsibilities may include supporting whole classes, working with individuals and small groups, assisting with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities, and collaborating with pastoral and welfare staff to support students in overcoming learning, physical, or emotional barriers.
