West Exe School is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Team. You will support students in and out of the classroom, providing 1:1 support or small-group work to help them achieve the best outcomes and feel secure in a supportive environment.

Two positions are available: one permanent and one fixed-term until 31 August 2027, with safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS required for all appointments.

Our LSAs support students both in and out of the classroom, motivating our students and providing 1:1 support or working with small groups.
