Sherard Primary School in Melton Mowbray is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Specialist Provision (SEND Unit) on a full-time maternity-cover fixed-term basis. The role focuses on supporting SEND pupils and provides an opportunity to work within the Mowbray Education Trust.
The successful candidate should be organised, creative, and have good IT skills, with responsibilities including assisting in preparing lesson materials and supporting pupils during lessons.

A salary of £18,938.07 - £19,238.03 (FTE £25,191- £25,590)

5.44 weeks paid holiday entitlement rising to 6.44 weeks after 5 years’ continuous service
The post holder will work 32.5 hours per week (5 days), Monday - Friday, (8.30am - 3.30pm) term time only plus 5 INSET days (39 weeks).
