Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join our network of SEND schools across Surrey, supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and complex learning needs in Guildford.

In this role you’ll support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, help teachers create inclusive lessons, and collaborate with therapists and pastoral staff to tailor support for each child.

From supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to helping teachers create inclusive lessons, your impact will be immediate and tangible.
