St Michael's is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in upper KS2, including children diagnosed with ASD and ADHD.
We operate two rooms as an alternative resource provision to support children who may not thrive in a mainstream classroom. This will increase to three rooms for up to 15 children in September 2025, primarily supporting children with severe learning difficulties and ASD.
The role involves supporting children within these settings as needed and working with all children as directed, including providing lunchtime cover.
Hours of work are to be confirmed. The school day runs from 8:40 am to 3:20 pm, and attendance is required on non-pupil days.
Visits are welcomed and can be arranged through the School Office.
