Wimbledon College is seeking a dedicated staff member for Term Time Hours (32.5 per week) to support teaching, learning, and learner well-being. The role involves 1:1 coaching, accompanying trips, and contributing to assessment and evidence of learning in a warm, respectful school community.

Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths grade C or above, possess initiative, and communicate effectively with children and adults.

• Term Time Hours - 8.25am to 3.30pm 32.5 hours per week over 5 days.
• Working with a wide range of class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning.
• Coaching children on a 1:1 basis.
• Accompanying groups on trips.
• Supporting assessment and evidencing learning
• Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all learners
• Creating opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of ability
