Job summary

Wimbledon College is seeking a dedicated individual to support teaching and learning during term time. The role includes coaching students one-on-one, accompanying groups on trips, and assisting with assessment and evidencing learning while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment for all pupils.

The ideal candidate should have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, demonstrate initiative, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable using relevant technology.

Job description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Term Time Hours - 8.25am to 3.30pm 32.5 hours per week over 5 days.
• Working with a wide range of class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning.
• Coaching children on a 1:1 basis.
• Accompanying groups on trips.
• Supporting assessment and evidencing learning
• Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all learners
• Creating opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of ability
