Axcis Education is working with a well-established secondary mainstream school in the Altrincham area to recruit an experienced Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will provide valuable in-class support, working closely with teaching staff to deliver personalised learning plans. Supporting pupils with SEMH and managing challenging behaviour will be key, as well as helping to maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment. Applicants should have experience working in schools, ideally in a secondary mainstream setting, and be confident supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs. Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community.
