Job summary

Compass Point Primary School in Bedminster is seeking a friendly, positive candidate to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role is fixed-term for one year with potential permanency subject to funding and is supported by training and development opportunities.

The successful candidate will have an interest in SEN/Autism, be keen to learn, and work within a committed team, applying good numeracy and literacy skills every day.

The Role

We are looking for a friendly, positive person with a can-do attitude who is interested in working with children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Some experience of working with children is essential but we will provide formal and informal training and development opportunities to give you the skills needed for this role and to support your career progression.

The post is offered on a fixed term basis for one year with the possibility of being made permanent for the right candidate subject to funding.
