Job summary

Academics in Woking is seeking Psychology and Criminology graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants in a primary school setting. You will support students with social, emotional and mental health needs, assist the class teacher, and help ensure safeguarding and wellbeing.

No previous experience is required. This immediate-start role runs five days a week (Mon-Fri) with a daily rate of 92–100 GBP, depending on qualifications and experience, with interviews taking place in Woking.

• Assist the class teacher in providing the learning experience for students.

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with students.
• Ensure safeguarding of students.
• Attend staff meetings and CPD activities.
