Parkland Primary School South Wigston is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated teaching team and support pupils’ learning and wellbeing. The role focuses on assisting lessons, supporting individuals and groups, and fostering positive behaviour in a caring school environment.
The post is 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, fixed term for the 2026/2027 academic year, with a Grade 5 Pay Point 7–8 salary (£25,191–£25,590 per annum; starting approx £17,475).
