Job summary

Academics is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to support partner primary schools across Camberley, Surrey and surrounding areas. We offer flexible opportunities from daily supply to long-term contracts, designed to suit your circumstances and career goals.

Responsibilities include supporting the class teacher, providing 1:1 or small group support, assisting with SEND, and helping create an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school/educational setting is desirable.
• Patient, caring and proactive approach.
• Understanding of the primary curriculum preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils
• Assist pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND
• Help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

Academics is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support our partner primary schools across Camberley, Surrey and the surrounding areas. Due to increased demand, we are looking to recruit both experienced LSAs and those new to the role who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

We offer a range of flexible opportunities - from daily supply cover to long-term and permanent contracts - designed to suit your individual circumstances and career goals.

Available Roles

• Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)


• Key Stage 1 (KS1)

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)


• A patient, caring and proactive approach
