Loughborough College Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our multi-site team across Loughborough, Stephenson, Brooksby and Ignite campuses. You will provide in-class and online support to students with identified learning difficulties and/or disabilities, supporting their learning from Entry level to Level 3 / A Level.
This term-time role runs 33 weeks, 08:45–16:30, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for training and development, safeguarding duties, and the chance to work
Salary: £15,409.71 Per Annum (Based on FTE £25,603)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based across our campuses (Loughborough, Stephenson, Brooksby and Ignite (Melton))
The Learning Support team are seeking to recruit Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), to join them in providing a range of high-quality support to students with identified learning difficulties and/or disabilities anytime across the working week, Monday – Friday 08:45 – 16:30.
You will support students across a range of courses from Entry level to Level 3 / A Level who have learning difficulties and disabilities. These include Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, Hearing Impairments, Visual Impairments and Physical Impairments. The successful candidates will provide in-class support and online support to individuals and groups of students, which includes notetaking, assisting with personal care and mobility support.

This role is a term time only role working 33 weeks throughout the year and follows Further Education term times which you can find here Term Dates.

To be eligible to apply for a Tier 2 visa, the role advertised will need to have an educational standard of at least A levels and the salary for the role has to be a minimum of £25,600 unless in a shortage area i.e. STEM or if you have a PhD relating to the role.
