City Academy Norwich is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our SEND Department. The role focuses on providing adaptive, personalised learning support for students with diverse needs and building positive relationships with learners, families, and external professionals.

As part of Sapientia Education Trust, you will contribute to an inclusive, high-aspiration environment and support colleagues in delivering high-quality SEND provision across the Academy.

Qualifications

• Provide adaptive and personalised learning support for students with diverse needs.
• Build positive relationships with students, families and professionals.
• Model the school’s values and high expectations.

Responsibilities

• In-class support
• Small-group or 1:1 interventions
• Work within specialist Nurture classrooms, Cognition & Learning Base, or SEMH Base.
