Job summary

TKAT is seeking a dynamic Learning Support Assistant to join Royal Park Primary Academy. You will assist in delivering engaging teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, supporting pupils with their learning goals.

You will work closely with teachers to develop resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies, helping pupils reach their academic potential and ensuring inclusive, high-quality education for every child.

Qualifications

  • Ability to deliver one-to-one and small group support.
  • Willingness to work with teachers to develop resources and teaching strategies.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivatedLearning Support Assistant (LSA)to join our supportive and collaborative team. You

will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies

to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.

Royal Park Primary Academy is a two form entry Primary School with a specific ASD provision and a provision for physically
