Our schools in Chelmsford are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the team starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and keen to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students. The LSA will help create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters academic success and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.

- Provide individual and small group support to students with varying needs.

- Work closely with teachers to monitor and assess student progress.

- Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management plans.

- Encourage and motivate students, promoting positive learning behaviours.

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
