Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students, offering tailored support to individuals and small groups.
Your contribution will help to foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment that encourages academic progress and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with additional learning needs.
Assist in the delivery of lesson plans, ensuring accessibility for all learners.
Contribute to the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.
Monitor student progress and report insights to teachers and parents.
Help with behavior management and classroom organization.
