Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for term-time only, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary in Pay Band 3B (£29,118 FTE) pro rata. You will support students with SEND, focusing on literacy, in classroom and 1:1 or small-group interventions, helping reading, writing, numeracy and study skills while fostering independence.

You should be an enthusiastic, organised communicator with ICT confidence and a commitment to helping young people succeed. Closing date 2 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or SEND is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEND, focusing on literacy.
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions.
• Assist in tracking progress and contributing to provision planning.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues to support learning.
