Protocol Education are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Witham, to support pupils' academic, social and emotional development. You will work closely with teachers, provide classroom support, and run one-to-one and small-group sessions, adapting to individual learning needs to help children thrive.
