Job summary

Ada, the National College for Digital Skills, invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant at Victoria Campus, London. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:45am–4:45pm, during term time plus one week.

You will support learners with diverse needs, creating an inclusive learning environment and tracking progress with the Learner Services team. Ideal candidates will have GCSE English and Maths, a teaching-support qualification, and experience helping young people, including those with

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above.
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
• Experience with young people, particularly those with specific learning difficulties or disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support addressing individual learning needs.
• Assist in developing Individualised Learner Passports (LP) and EHCPs.
• Collaborate with teachers to prepare learning materials and support classroom activities.
