Job summary

Furze Down School invites applicants for Learning Support Assistants across Primary, KS3, KS4 and 6th Form. You will work with teachers, therapists and other LSAs to support pupils’ learning, progress and wellbeing in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing.
• Provide learning support in classroom and, where appropriate, in other learning environments.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to plan and deliver interventions.
• Build positive relationships that promote wellbeing and inclusion.
• Support pupils with personal care needs when required.
• Contribute to planning, recording and delivery of structured interventions.
