Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 / CACHE Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 2 in English and mathematics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond to individual learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Support individual students and small groups to access the curriculum.
• Respond to SEND and behavioural needs using agreed strategies.
• Encourage independence and positive learning behaviours.
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress.
• Help maintain classroom routines and inclusive practice.
