Job summary

Hassocks Infant School in Hassocks, West Sussex, is seeking a temporary Learning Support Assistant to work 25 hours per week, term time only, 9:00am–3:00pm with a one-hour lunch break. The role supports pupils with 1:1 and small group learning and assists class teachers to deliver high-quality teaching.

You will run focused interventions for identified children, support playtimes and lunchtimes, and work closely with families to ensure pupils' progress and wellbeing throughout the school day.

Salary: £14,112 - £14,333 for 25 hours per week, term time only

Contract Type: Fixed Term starting ASAP in September to 21.7.2027

Working Pattern: 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday - Friday with an hour lunch break
