Brighton & Hove Schools - Taking Action for Equality in Brighton is seeking Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils with specific learning needs across our school. This fixed-term role for 1 year starts September 2026.
Two part-time positions are available: 31.25 hours per week, 8.30am–3.15pm, and 17.5 hours per week, 11.45am–3.15pm, term-time only, with a DBS check required. Salary is £27,254–£27,694 (full-time equivalent) pro rata, with 47.36 weeks paid per year, reflecting term-time

We are looking for excellent learning support assistants to work alongside children with specific learning needs across our school.
We want people who recognise the importance of every child getting what they need to thrive, and are passionate about making this happen.
