Job description

Do you have a passion for supporting learners who struggle to access the curriculum? We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to work in the Dudley & Oldbury areas to support secondary-aged students who are struggling to engage in an educational setting. You will work with a small, dedicated class of students in a purpose-built school setting, alongside a supportive wider team. The school emphasizes both academic support and personal development, organizing regular activities to local locations to keep students engaged.

Previous experience working with children or adults with challenging behaviors would be highly beneficial. This role pays £89 per day (PAYE), with weekly payments in arrears. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 15:30. While previous in-school experience is advantageous, applications from individuals with support or residential support experience are also welcome.
