A leading educational institution is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their Foundation Team at the Andover Campus. The role involves supporting students with moderate to complex learning difficulties, helping them achieve their goals. Learning Support Assistant for the Foundation Team / Andover Campus
Salary: Up to £25,611 (pro-rata for part-time roles).
Working Pattern: Full-time or part-time available (minimum of 22 hours per week) (36 weeks per year).
Location: Andover Campus

We’re dedicated to supporting students with SEN and ensuring they reach their full potential. We are looking to expand our team to support students with moderate to complex learning difficulties within our Further Education offerings.
The role involves supporting students in various settings, including in class, social settings, and offsite, either in groups or 1-1. You will assist students with diverse learning needs to achieve their goals and full potential. You may need to support with medicine management and personal care for some students.
Requirements include a good standard of education, including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent, and a willingness to undertake further training. Experience working with young people in educational or care settings is advantageous. We support professional development and qualifications through CPD.
