Behaviour Support (Temp to Perm)

Northampton £13.68 per Hour

The School and Role

The school is a specialist institution offering placements for students aged 7-19 years with behavioral challenges. They are part of a very supportive trust that can provide training and career progression for the right candidate. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

They are seeking someone with experience in managing challenging behaviors.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:
  • Experience working with school-aged children
  • Experience working with pupils with SEMH and challenging behavior
  • A passion for the progress of SEND pupils
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
