Learning Support Assistant – Foundation (Sparsholt)
Working Pattern: Full-time or part-time available (minimum of 22 hours per week) (36 weeks per year)

We’re dedicated to supporting students with SEN and ensuring that students reach their full potential.
Over the past few years, we have developed the Foundation curriculum to create an outcome-focused, student-centered approach. All students are supported to be ready for adulthood, focusing on their health, employability, independence, and community involvement.
We are seeking additional team members to support students with moderate to complex learning difficulties within our Further Education program.
The role involves supporting students in various settings, either in groups or on a 1-1 basis, both in class, social settings on campus, and offsite. You will assist students with diverse learning needs to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
As a land-based college, support activities will vary from working in the college zoo to collaborating with the Chelsea award-winning horticulture team. Much of the support is outdoors and practical.
Applicants should have a good standard of education, including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent, and be willing to undertake further training. Experience working with young people in educational or care settings is advantageous. We will support professional development and qualifications.
