Job summary

Reed is seeking Learning Support Assistants to work across a variety of schools and educational settings. You will support students to access learning and develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

Typical duties include one-to-one and small group support, assisting with additional needs, and helping with lesson delivery. We welcome applicants from Teaching Assistants, Support Workers and graduates seeking educational experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is advantageous but not essential.
• A positive, patient and caring approach is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support across sessions.
• Assist students with additional needs, including SEND where applicable.
• Support classroom activities and lesson delivery under supervision.
