The role involves supporting learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, one-to-one and small group sessions, and fostering positive student outcomes with a focus on behaviour, resilience and engagement in a safe learning

Responsibilities

• Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Working one-to-one with students who require additional support
• Delivering small group intervention sessions
• Encouraging student engagement and participation in lessons
• Supporting students with SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and resilience
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Building strong working relationships with teachers, parents and pastoral teams
