Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for our English Department. This position is based at Slough and Langley College, starting on Wednesday, 3rd September 2025, on a full-time, permanent basis over 37 weeks, term-time only.

As a Learning Support Assistant in our English Department, you will have the opportunity to empower learners, helping them to fully access the curriculum and achieve their desired outcomes. You'll work closely under the guidance of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager, and lecturers to create an engaging and supportive educational environment.
In this dynamic role, you'll assist with a variety of teaching and learning activities, supporting whole classes as well as individual students and small groups. Collaborate with our dedicated pastoral and welfare staff to help students overcome any learning, physical, or emotional challenges they face.
